‘Body of Water’ is the first collaboration between Scottish electronic alt-pop duo Post Coal Prom Queen (the duo behind the band L-space) and Japanese electro-pop band Macaroom.
The track is a unique blend of beautiful electroacoustic composing, Lily Higham’s ethereal vocal harmonies and Emaru’s breathy rapping in her native Japanese. Body of Water is the perfect song for spring; its hazy atmosphere and lush arrangements, combined with two stunning vocal performances, make it unlike anything you’ve heard before.
