Cherokee packs in the smooth grooves and the hooks galore with a playfully soulful set of tracks in his new EP titled ‘Californism’. Packed with collaborations with the likes of Knight One, Goto, and YESSEO, each track gives its unique stamp that grinds into the originality of the collective. ‘Someone in L.A.’ starts with strength only found in legends and sets the tone for the brilliance to follow.

My personal favorite is ‘So Good’, the track featuring Goto. The intro to the song is just memorable and brilliant to me. The song also builds up to an energetic chorus without breaking the time signature. That is gold to me.

Whichever becomes your favorite from this luscious set of tracks one thing is for sure; Cherokee is an artist on the rise. Get your copy HERE.
