Melbourne’s Jericco are a new flagship for heavy rock in Australia – a bastion of hard work, of amazing live shows, of passionate songwriting and a genuine need to explore new sounds in rock music.

Their new album, ‘Machine Made the Animal’ dropped in April and has been received with wide open arms – Rolling Stone, Tone Deaf and SF Media have all given it 4 stars or more. The live shows that have followed have been thunderous and packed. Adelaide’s show sold out and both Brisbane and Melbourne’s shows yet to come are tracking to do the same.

If Jericco is not on your radar – they should be. A band that has taken their career by the throat themselves and have self-funded and self-determined itself into being. A live show that is electrifying, exciting and boundary-pushing and songs that have begun the new evolution of what is considered the boundaries of “Australian Rock.”

The band has two shows left on their ‘Machine Made the Animal’ tour, Brisbane at Crowbar and Melbourne at the Prince Bandroom. Brisbane features support from Aerials, Guards of May and King Mungi and the Melbourne show highlighting Captives, The Khyber Belt, Arcane Saints and Transience.

Jericco have taken the stage with Australian contemporaries Karnivool, Dead Letter Circus, The Getaway Plan and more and have headlined their own heavily-attended headline shows all over Australia.
