Zebrahead has today released their new video for the track titled ‘Pulling Teeth’ from their upcoming EP ‘I’ dropping on November 13th. While the video is darkly decadent in all the right places, it’s the song that steals the attention. With a solid hook and brilliant chord progression under cacophony of vocal harmony and staccato angst, Zebrahead deliver what can only be delivered by legends.

This track takes me back while moving me forward. Subtle reminders of the music that inspired me as a guitarist with dashes and doses of inspiration and disjointed meditation from a song that jumps everywhere, covering all the spaces available, while remaining simple enough to remain in your head for the rest of your time here.

About ‘Pulling Teeth’

Southern California punk outfit Zebrahead continues to deliver a big, brash, bold, bombastic, and in-your-face sound with “Pulling Teeth,” the second song and video from their upcoming EP release I.

With “Pulling Teeth,” the band highlights their thunderous energy and metal-infused punk rock. The track is as chaotic as it is catchy. Singer and guitarist Adrian Estrella shares, “Pulling Teeth is like a punch in the face of energy and anger when you’re at your wit’s end, reminding you that nothing’s that bad.” Drummer Ed Udhus chimes in, “Going to the dentist to get your teeth pulled sucks!! This song doesn’t!!”

A new song will be released every five weeks, culminating in the release of the I EP on November 13, the follow-up to the III & II EPs, which were released in 2021 and 2023.

Refusing to slow down, Zebrahead has been playing shows across the globe with studio sessions in between. The first song and video from the upcoming EP “I,” titled “I Have Mixed Drinks About Feelings,” was released in July 2024. It’s fast-paced and aggressive, yet extremely melodic.
