BONAM has dropped his new video for the track titled ‘Red/Blue’. Almost immersed in it’s own universe, ‘Red/Blue’ is as much an adventure as it is a video and song. Colorful energy amid an unstoppable techno beat surrounded by beautifully crafted and droning vocals, BONAM stamps his style right on your forehead and makes you his fan subtly yet succinctly with the humor, hook, hip and holler from the best artists you could ever remember.

About BONAM

The “Red/Blue” music video, directed by BONAM and shot by Vince and Adrian Lee (Apollo Films), takes viewers on a surreal fever dream through an abandoned skatepark. Featuring stunning animation by Yurina Okamoto.

Based in East London, BONAM shapes a sonic revolution where music, art, and storytelling seamlessly converge, crafting his multi-sensory universe from an abandoned care home, where dystopian ideas meet real-world inspiration. Drawing from the UK’s underground electronic scene and global psychedelic sounds, ‘Red/Blue’ offers a glimpse into the immersive universe he’s creating. BONAM’s music blends dystopian realism with hypnotic beats and layered synths, balancing raw underground energy with ethereal production.

He says: “I made “Red/Blue” in one night and kept all the takes from that first session so it feels quite raw and very true to that moment to me! It’s a slightly wonky, deluded testament to resilience in the face of adversity. Always pushing forward, even if the approach is imperfect, misguided, or unrealistic. It’s a track I’ve been excited to share for a while now, I love playing it live and it gives a good taste of what’s to come with the rest of the EP”.

Known for his visionary live performances, BONAM performed a sold out show on a 1930’s converted barge on the Thames, packed out the Glove That Fits in Hackney, and performed a special NYE set at House of KOKO in Camden amidst DJ sets in small dark rooms across the city.

His previous projects have already earned critical acclaim, with airplay and support from Lauren Laverne and Tom Robinson on BBC 6 Music, Jess Iszatt on BBC Introducing London, John Kennedy’s X-Posure on Radio X, and many more. BONAM’s unique sound has resonated with both UK and international audiences, garnering attention from stations like FluxFM (DE), KINK (NL), Radio One (NZ), Canal B (FR) and Couleur 3 (CH). His work has also been featured on prominent blogs such as Blah Blah Blah Science, Indie Shuffle, and Disco Naïvete, cementing his status as a global artist on the rise.
