To commemorate their 20th anniversary, the Foo Fighters are planning to kick off their tour with what some may call one of their most anticipated shows ever. The band plans to also include many other artists that were a part of creating their eigth and most recent album, Sonic Highways. The album was just released this past November, along with a companion television series by HBO which follows the band recording songs throughout the country in legendary studios. Some of the artists attending include timeless legends such as Buddy Guy, Joan Jett, Heart, and even LL Cool J just to name a few. This is going to really capture the genuine feeling of the songs in their new album because everyone who has cameos will literally be right beside the Foo Fighters playing their own part.
Aside from the music, there will also be plenty of other festivities going on, including fireworks, a massive bbq, and a motorcycle rally.
Although they will be continuing to go on tour after the show, unfortunately this will be the only one of its kind throughout the tour. None of the other artists will be taking part in the following shows. All in all if you’re a fan of the Foo Fighters, this is going to be a concert that you are not going to want to miss.
