Electronic music artist Liam Mour returns with his highly anticipated EP, All Set Let’s Swim out this March through Platoon, alongside focus track ‘Altered Reality’. Known for his ambient and IDM-infused soundscapes, Liam takes a bold step into new creative waters with this release, blending the warmth of analog instruments with the expansive electronic atmospheres that have defined his previous work.

After relocating from Berlin to Porto, the natural beauty and vibrant energy of Portugal have left their mark on this new body of work. “The landscapes, the ocean, the people – it’s all in the music,” says Liam. All Set Let’s Swim reflects this personal transformation, offering a sonic journey where IDM, shoegaze, and alternative rock harmoniously coexist. String ensembles throughout the EP provide an ethereal layer, blending the worlds of electronic and organic sound, creating a unique atmosphere that invites listeners to transcend the ordinary.

This EP represents a return to Liam’s roots – a full-on revival of that band energy, now channeled through his own hands. However, All Set Let’s Swim is more than just a return; it’s a reinvention. “It’s both the beginning of something new and the end of the first steps through an intense emotional journey,” Liam explains. “I made it. I arrived. I swam the whole way, and at last, I’ve discovered how to truly express the emotions I’ve always carried.”

For this release, Liam has once again collaborated with vocalists Noraa and Thala, who both contributed their remarkable voices to his recent tracks (Love, Can’t Get U Off My Mind, and Dreaming of a Better Place). Their presence on the EP adds another layer of depth to the already rich auditory palette, providing a perfect counterpoint to the instrumental exploration. The EP feels like the soundtrack to a 90s arthouse film shot in 2050 – dreamy, melancholic, and deeply introspective. It’s a cinematic journey through Liam Mour’s reality, one where emotions flow like waves, lifting both the artist and the audience to higher, more expansive places.

All Set Let’s Swim invites listeners to dive in, experience the shift, and take the risk of never turning back.
