Known for crafting pop anthems that resonate with the post-jangle generation, Pentire captures the raw energy of the mosh pit with their infectious melodies and relatable lyrics. The four-piece band are celebrated for their storytelling, weaving tales of student life, small-town roots, and the innocence of youth into their music. This is all now being packaged into their second EP set for release in January.

New single, ‘Times Change (So Do I)’ is a track about vulnerability and self acceptance within a relationship. “Written within a period of writer’s block, ‘Times Change (So Do I)’ symbolizes the light at the end of the tunnel for us as a band. It shaped the way for the rest of the EP”, says frontman, Jack Morgan. Brought up on a diet of The Killers, Paolo Nutini and Stereophonics, frontman and principal songwriter Jack Morgan met his bandmates in the quiet town of Ross-on-Wye. Having lived their school lives with a burning intention to break out and play shows, Pentire have grown from making a racket in their mum’s shed to selling out venues across the country.

The four-piece have recently toured with hot new bands such as milk. and LARKINS, smashed their own UK headline tour as well as launching their previous EP ‘Now In A Minute’, with all 3 of their latest singles supported by Jack Saunders on BBC Radio 1’s influential Future Sounds show. In support of the new single, Pentire also embark on their biggest headline tour yet, covering every corner of the UK. The band are continuing to solidify their place in the indie music scene, offering a fresh take on modern pop that is both nostalgic and fresh.

With support from tastemakers such as Jack Saunders (BBC Radio 1), Steve Lamacq (BBC 6Music), and John Kennedy (RadioX) in addition to Channel 4’s hit show ‘Made in Chelsea’, Pentire have built a fanbase by touring the UK relentlessly, pulling themselves up by their bootstraps and releasing indie-pop anthems that connect with the late teens and 20 somethings of today.
