Scarlet View is an octane rock band from Kansas City, MO.
In 2019, the band shed its metalcore image in favor of a sound that could capture the band’s more authentic and multi-influenced vision. Shortly after this rebrand, Scarlet View teamed up with Robbie Joyner (audio engineer, Black Book Sound), Fire From The Gods’ Richie Wicander (producer, chief audio engineer, BMG) and AJ Channer (co-writer, Audio Pariah Ent) to record six songs that showcase the band’s new sound, one that inspires people to rise to life’s challenges—while looking good doing it.
In 2022, Scarlet View performed on Sumerian Record’s, “No Cover” in front of rock legends including Alice Cooper and Lzzy Hale. The show’s judges gave the band invaluable advice on realizing their potential, and to keep pushing forward.
Last year, Scarlet View was ready, and dropped their debut single, “NEVER COMIN DOWN” which made its way across national radio stations. The band toured relentlessly for the rest of 2023, cultivating an undeniable chemistry with audiences across the US.
“The Chase” came up as a homage to ‘chasing’ after your goals, aspirations, (and… maybe some girls) in an addictive manner until you see it through on the other side. Both fun and adrenaline packed in one perspective and serious about determination in the other, the song is a duality of sorts. “So addicted to the pain…” symbolizes the necessary love for the lows to experience the highs that always come back around in life.
