Formed in 2015, AP went through a long, hard road of lineup changes and life events that caused a lot of pitfalls in their early development, but used these challenges as motivation to build something meaningful with their eponymous debut Album in 2020 – a socially aware brand of Alt/Hard rock mixed with Goth & Metal influences, the release of which resulted in heavy rotation on Independent radio & some great reviews.
LIVE playing very much informed the feel of that album – their biggest gig to date supporting Reckless Love @ The Crowbar Sydney for which they received many plaudits. Covid was used as an opportunity to stretch themselves musically by covering some diverse but favourite songs on TikTok/Youtube, & they then set about writing a meaningful follow up Album that they feel listeners will really connect with on both musical & lyrical levels.
