Beauty In Chaos has today released their new video for their latest track titled ‘Holy Ground’, featuring Patrik Mata, from their upcoming album ‘Dancing With Angels’, dropping July 24th.
As if ready to tell a story, or the story depending on your mood, Beauty In Chaos set that mood and the stage for a fable era of music while looking ahead with the creativity and originality meant for the future.
With Patrik, BIC takes a deviation from their previous music with a darker tone and fresh voice added to the already lucidly lucrative mix of vocal roster by adding a new stamp into an already varied and fable mix.
As with every BIC song, there is a different signature sound that adds to that musical evolution of revolution that is the chaos surrounding the beauty, and with ‘Holy Ground’ you can here the next step in that evolution that takes you on the path to ‘Dancing With Angels’.

About Beauty In Chaos & ‘Holy Ground’
Beauty In Chaos, the global revolving/evolving collective has released their newest video, “Holy Ground” featuring Patrik Mata, from the seminal group Kommunity FK. Switching gears from the ‘goth-gaze’ of their last video/single “Diving For Pearls” to the full-throttle darkwave sonics and visuals of “Holly Ground”.
BIC’s curator Michael Ciravolo says “I love swinging the pendulum as far opposite as possible from our previous video. I think “Holy Ground” faithfully captures the sights and sounds of the great mid ‘80s darkwave scene that revolved around Los Angeles’ famed Scream club. This was such a great time in music. This is when I actually first met Patrik, as we shared several bills with them when I was a member of Human Drama.”, adding “this video was an absolute blast to make!”.
Both bands appeared on the Geffen’s 1987’ ‘Scream Compilation’ release …. With KFK gaining well deserved notoriety with their MTV and club hit ‘Something Inside Me Has Died’. Ciravolo adds “It was great to hear from Patrik after about two plus decades, offering to lend his talents to BIC. At that point, we were doing ‘Behind The Veil’ with all female singers, but I thankfully saved his contact info and reached out for this album… and the stars aligned for this fantastic song!!”
Mata is currently working with Dave Roberts (Sex Gang Children) in the SuperGothGroup duo, Kult Children Ov The Damned. As for his “Holy Ground” lyrics, Mata shares “ A Watcher, a Supernatural Being, descends upon the planet below. He became transfixed, curious, & seduced by the women & Earthly pleasures & mysteries found. Ever since The Beginning this Being roamed the Earth creating Nephilim. What seems like an Eternity, The Being becomes a Fallen Angel, jaded, decadent, & tired having used & having been through every Earthling on the planet. The Fallen Angel shares its interpretation ov how this planet used to be considered Holy Ground, but now it is not. The only thing that The Fallen Angel yearns for is to return back Home. Back to The Gate.”
