Elyrix has just premiered his new video for the track titled ‘Bills’. Shot with a noire cinematic style with a subtly intense feeling bubbling underneath, the video fits the slow crescendo building style of the music that enhances the staccato emotion of the lyrics.
A bit introverted just under the surface, I can sense a new stylistic shift for Elyrix which touches deeper in the feels while the sound may be more accessible. Where there is intensity, their is emotion. Where there is strength, there is heartbreak and pain. You can’t have a yin without a yang. ‘Bills’ shows us that there is a lot more to Elyrix than meets the eye. And it’s beautiful.
