Doling out glimmering melodic soundscapes cut with an acidic wit, Single Lash deliver guitar-driven catharsis reminiscent of 80s cult acts like The Chameleons and Echo and the Bunnymen. Begun as an art school project by singer/songwriter Nicolas Nadeau, the band has since developed into a powerful ensemble well-known for their emotionally potent live performances.
Future Museum’s Neil Lord lays out breezy guitar hooks around which Nadeau weaves his assured but world-weary vocals. Single Lash has provided support for Modern English and Drab Majesty, among other notable bands, and are currently promoting their latest LP- ‘Ladida’.
