After playing in bands and projects, Jared Pugh decided to start creating a solo project of his own. Getting into beat making in 2016, he began working on writing songs that combine ambient pop synth work and beats under melodic pop vocals.
Deciding to call the project Jerdge, (named after a typo on a receipt from Wendys), Pugh soon had the resources to start releasing his material. Releasing songs since May 2018, the latest self-titled Jerdge release is a testament to where he is at with his sound right now.
