A record several years in the making, Black Bear Kiss have been working hard to create an album that reflects their passion for music and the journey they’ve been on. The album features the BBC Introducing ‘Record of the Week’ – Reach Up Higher, alongside the stomping track, Chasing All I Know and new single Begin Again.
Having made the difficult adjustment to becoming a 4 piece after the tragic passing of guitarist Rob Jones, Black Bear Kiss were determined to release the album and to showcase their songwriting talents.
“We are so pleased to share this with everyone”, says singer Chris Leech, “many years of blood, sweat and tears have gone into making this record. We’ve been through so much as a band and to come through everything with this album, shows what we are about”.
Black Bear Kiss, are a 4 piece upbeat rock band from the Midlands.
Formed in 2016, Black Bear Kiss grew quickly on the unsigned music scene. Playing their own brand of upbeat, riffy rock inspired by Foals and Royal Blood, the band pride themselves on high energy performances, leaving nothing on stage.
