FONZO is an up & coming artist coming out of the 209. He has performed all over Northern California from the Valley to the Bay Area & he has also performed in Reno, NV., as well. . His, “Hippie Hop”, is often desribed as fun, energetic music, that has witty lyricism & at times is comical.
His musical catlogue has no limits, some songs are for the ladies, some are for the clubs, & some will give you that “Food 4 Thought” that will make you think. His song “Q T Pie” has been featured on 97.7/98.3’s KWIN’s UnSigned @ 9 & he has also had music played on San Joaquin Delta College Radio, 98.5. FONZO has already released a debut mixtape titled, “Hippie Hop:Food 4 Thought Vol.1”.
This year (2010) he is planning to release 6 different projects, including an official compilation, titled; “You’ll Still Have To Hear It Even If You Hate”, & a collaboration with local Tracy producer B. Fresh On The Beat titled; “The Introduction”. He is currently booking more shows wherever possible with more to come in the 209 area,(Tracy, Modesto, & Stockton in particular) & Southern California as well. (Santa Barbara, & San Diego).
