Hat & Boots is a project deriving from brainchild Tim Bretschneider; a long time music lover and songwriter. Releasing music since 2014, the project has taken shape over the years as Bretschneider focused on honing his songwriting and recording technique while performing normally within the Brooklyn and Philadelphia music scenes. This Too is a testament to where he is at with his sound right now.
Having opened for acts like Cape Francis, shared the stage with Sea Offs, Eliza Edens, Bucolic, lizdelise, toured with Reonda and Ada Belle, performed at Ortliebs (Philadelphia), Bourbon & Branch (Philadelphia), Pete’s Candy Store (Brooklyn), Pine Box Rock Shop (Brooklyn), and many smaller venues and house venues, the artist is certainly not new to spreading the music through live performance.
