The finalists for the 2nd Who’s Got The Hitz? at the Jazz Cafe have been announced.
Status
Status is a singing group .Originally from South London, in their early twenties, good looking, modest and motivated:With extensive performance experience, they have worked for Warner Music, Capital Radio, Kiss FM, Coca Cola and Sky’s Got to Dance to name but a few. Nominated for an Urban Music Award, STATUS are already starting to receive acknowledgement and acclaim within the industry and are set to take 2015 by storm.
Naomi Keysha
Naomi Keysha is a strong, sexy, soulful, sassy singer from south west London. Shes a Rock Diva with a R&B soul. With her Fire red hair, Naomi Keysha is all about the performance and owns any stage she steps on.
Trouble in Paradise
Trouble In Paradise were originally a duo who have since formed as a 4 piece band, which is made up of lead singer, a lead guitarist, double bass and drummer. They have a distinct sound with influences of soul and modern folk which has a radio friendly sound.

Reggae/dancehall high energy feel good music.
Rozen Child
Rozen Child is a London based Singer songwriter who is mainly influenced by artists such, Marvin Gaye, Luther Vandross, Musicsouldchild and Otis Redding. Raised in Rome, Rozen grew up in a home that constantly exposed him to Motown, singing along in his formative years his future passion was set.His vocals have been described as having sways of Maxwell and John Legend. His vibe, sleek and sexy, with velvet tones.
Icie
Hailing from North London is an up and running lyricist creating a lot of interest with his dramatized style of delivery and conceptual writing. Icie’s career began in early 2004 having grown up under such influences as Shakespeare, Roald Dahl and Enid Blyton his music reflects his love for poetry and the English language is evident as he pens captivating stories and covers diverse engaging topics. He is currently working on his debut EP to be released later this year.
Rocco
A female London based singer songwriter who performs a mixture of originals and covers with her own twist, she performs a mix of pop and soul songs live accompanied by a fantastic guitarist. Rocco has a unique voice often compared to Duffy or Amy Winehouse.
Marianna Zappi
Italian born singer songwriter, with a soulful voice and a contaminating spirit, she’s been making her way through the London live music scene, promoting her acoustic EP “The Time Is Now”. Her musical inspiration comes from many different places but its deeply rooted in gospel, blues and good old and rock and roll, all influences that could be heard in her original material.

Following a successful launch in November of last year, Tuesday 17th February sees Who’s Got The Hitz? continue at the Jazz Cafe Camden. Come and watch as 8 talented acts voted for by YOU, battle it out for the annual title of Who’s Got The Hitz? Champion, a cash prize for the overall winner and studio time to record their hitz.
This competition is unique, placing the emphasis on the hitz over the artist. Who’s Got The Hitz? Is open to producers, bands, singers, songwriters, all music genres are welcome. You supply the act we supply the stage. The competition will be judged by experienced industry professionals on the night.
