Talking about the new release, Nia Ekanem shares: “This song, like the majority of my songs, is about love, unconditional love. Being able to still love someone through the good, the bad and the ugly. I wrote this song in 2020. I teamed up with two incredible writers and producers, Sunny & Josh who helped bring the vision to life. It Love Me Still is a narrative about growing old with someone and still being head over hills for them.”
