Celebrating twenty-five years of recorded music, producer/remixer, R.K. Jackson releases his debut track (via Urban Tracks/The Orchard/Sony Music), “Too Far To Let Go”. The Pop/Dance track features the soulful vocals of rising star, Brandon Michael. Already gaining interest among mix show DJs and radio programmers, “Too Far To Let Go” is scheduled for digital release on September 16, 2016.

Jackson, who was one of the architects of Cece Peniston’s classic track and album, “Finally”, continues to create music that covers the spectrum of Pop, Soul, and Dance. With a remix and production list of artists that includes Rihanna, Madonna, Peniston, and DJ Markus Schulz, Jackson believes those projects prepared him for this release. “Its definitely a blessing to still discover young talent with awesome voices and right now, Brandon tops that list!” states Jackson.

In 2014, Brandon Michael tapped R.K. Jackson (along with songwriter Jimmie Alston) to help produce and write on his debut album, “Timeless”, which spawned the hit record “Crush”. “Shortly after finishing the record, I asked Brandon to sing on one of my releases, the result is “Too Far To Let Go” says Jackson.

Twenty-five years to the month of his first number one Billboard Dance production, R.K. Jackson shows that he has more musical gems to share.
