Ryan Whyte Maloney, well-known for being on NBC’s The Voice and Team Blake in 2014, has never looked back since his time on that stage. The Traverse City, MI., native has been touring and writing new music, including a beautiful holiday single, “Christmas with Family” out now.

Ryan decided to write this Christmas single because in 2008, his grandma was diagnosed with cancer and passed away shortly after Christmas. He says, “She was like a mom to me, so Christmas means family. It’s like a dedication to everyone to take a pause and reflect on the meaning of the one time of year that we should be thankful for what we have.”

Ryan hopes that people who hear, “Christmas with Family” get something special from it and states, “I hope that people can easily digest this song and immediately see it in their own memories, play it in their head, like their own personal music video. I wanted to write a song that encapsulates the fragrant memories of Christmas.”

The future for Ryan Whyte Maloney looks bright. He says, “I’m hoping to be an artist emerging in 2024 that catches the world’s eyes and hearts!”

“Christmas with Family” was produced by Ryan Whyte Maloney and Tony Carboney, TruNorth recording Studio and released on Belle Chasse Records.
