Fusing modern trap-music along with 90’s rock, Siah Hendrix has been making a statement among the underground Canadian music scene. Defying standard outlooks on music, Siah is committed to blending multiple genres to create his own unique wave.
Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario native Siah Hendrix (born Jordan Maitland) found his love for music at the tender age of 4. By the age of 10 he purchased his first guitar and in the coming years, he began recording music and creating beats in FL Studio 11. Siah joined together with @Kaito James to form the duo ‘2Takai’ while still in high-school. His passion for music began growing when he discovered the studio, spending countless hours in the booth perfecting his craft. Siah and Kaito released their first song together in February of 2018 and continued to make noise in their hometown before leaving for London, ON. Nearly 4 years after releasing his first song, Siah has made his way to one of the largest hubs in the music industry by moving to Toronto, ON to allow his career to flourish.
Collaborating with fellow artists like @T0XXIC, @Slime Baby, @Kaito James, @K Coop and more, @Siah Hendrix has been able to develop his sound to separate himself from the rest of the artists coming up in this generation.
