Cheshire-based quartet Hollywood Eyes originally formed in 2018 when Ryan Pridding (Lead Vocals/Rhythm Guitar) and Anthony Edes (Bass Guitar) began making demos together. They then recruited Christopher Mee (Drums) and Connor Ledsom (Lead Guitar) to transform their bedroom concept into a real band.
Now fully formed, they have crafted a unique Indie-pop sound whilst taking influence from 80s inspired and modern contemporary artists. Such as The 1975, The Neighbourhood, Dominic Fike, The Kooks and to name a few, they have established their own identity in an extremely competitive industry.
In 2018 they released their first single “Wanna Be” and played to a packed-out headline show in Liverpool. They have since released a further four singles which caught the attention of BBC Introducing with ‘All I Need’, described as “perfectly homing in on the angst and troubles of young adolescence and relationships”.
