- Anthony de la Torre & Mike Krompass from The Fell Jammerzine Exclusive 24:04
They say that anything worth doing is worth giving your all. This can’t be truer when talking to Anthony de la Torre and Mike Krompass of The Fell. We learned this with our interview with The Fell bassist Billy Sheehan, but now we learn that, in order to make something worth doing work, you have to fill it with like-minded people. And those people are here today in this in-depth interview. I talk to Anthony and Mike about the intricacies of The Fell and how it all came together and how they have a long-term vision of The Fell. We also learn what it takes to make a musical vision come alive and how to dedicate yourself to your craft because The Fell is a family. A family of musicians that strive not for fame and fortune, but for perfection, or as close to perfection as one to come.
Check out the new video from The Fell for their new single “Footprints” below and stay tuned for a new album around February!
About The Fell
The Fell – is an exciting new band consisting of rockers Anthony de la Torre (young Jack Sparrow from “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales”) on vocals, Guitar player Mike Krompass (Multi-Platinum music producer and session guitar player), Randy Cooke (notorious session/touring drummer who has recorded/played with a laundry list of greats) and last, but not least, Billy Sheehan (Mr. Big, Winery Dogs) on bass, who needs no introduction.
This is not typical of any of their past projects, It’s a new fresh direction, but uses their influences to create a more modern sound, with heavy guitars, powerful riffs, crushing grooves and huge vocals.
