Meïa Santiago is a Spanish singer-songwriter started living her dream years ago when she decided to make a name for herself in Barcelona. With her degree in Jazz and Modern Music Performance she melted many audiences´ heart by singing in her own unique way.
She recently won multiple awards :“Best piece of music” by “Aphrodite Film Awards in New York”with her song “Be Gentle my Love”. And “Best Original Score”, “Best Screenplay” and “Best Music Video” by “Pinnacle Film Awards” (Hollywood Hills, California) with her song “Beyond the angle of horror”. Also an “Honorable Mention Award” for the “Best Music Video” by “Independent Shorts Awards” at L.A(California) and Best Music Video Award by Malibu West International Awards in California (March 2019).
MEÏA relocated to NYC in 2018. Since her arrival, she has already performed at great music venues of the city such as Rockwood Music Hall ( stages 1 and 3) , Sidewalk Café, Nublu (Studio 151), The Delancey,
DROM, La Nacional Restaurante, Culture Lab LIC, Norwood Club…featured also on the Women
Crush Music Anniversary Showcase, and part of the Latin Heritage Month’s performances by Sofar Sounds , she’s a Sofar Sounds NYC’s Artist.

The love for music as more than a passion, brought her one signed record and a new EP with a Spanish independent record Label, PICAP: “Lighthouse” (Meïa, Picap 2017), “Mülzien 25” (Meïa, Picap 2018), that can also be found on Spotify.
Besides singing, Meia also performed as an actress in a few National Theatres in Spain such as Teatre Romea, Teatre El Jardí, Teatre Fortuny, Teatro Gayarre…and at festivals such as Any Palau i Fabre (Museu Picasso), Festival de Cine Fantàstic de Sitges ( Secció Imatge Poètica), Festival de Cultura de Salamanca, Festival El Grec, and with famous spanish theater directors such as Sergi Belbel .
