Pauls musical journey started at the age of 6 when his parents enrolled him in music school for Accordion. Attending classes 4 days a week, the future songwriter was taught music theory, harmony, solfeggio, rhythm, and music literature, with regular instrumental classes in accordion, piano, and even vocals.
At 15 he began focusing on guitar more than he had before. Quickly making it his instrument of choice, Cafcae went on to write original material and ended up performing in several bands in Eastern Europe and Canada.
Performing live consistently since 2009, the artist has written a number of songs that would later be re-worked and recorded for the Sophisticated release. The album serves as a memoir of sorts, diversely going through different chapters in his life.
