Cyn is more than a singer or multi-instrumentalist, in my opinion. She is a creative genius with a master plan for her band, Silence In The Snow. With her new album titled ‘Levitation Chamber’ and drummer Trevor DeSchryver now in the mix, that plan is coming to fruition. Add to that her upcoming collaboration with Michael Ciravolo’s Beauty in Chaos project, things are not only looking up but expanded.
Having said all that, I had the pleasure of talking with Cyn about her humble beginnings in music as well as all things Silence In The Snow and Beauty in Chaos. With the future being blindingly bright and diverse, Cyn is settling in for an illustrious career in the music scene.
About Silence In The Snow
Silence In The Snow, the dark ethereal collaboration between guitarist/vocalist Cyn M. and drummer Trevor DeSchryver present their sophomore record and Prophecy Productions debut – “Levitation Chamber”. Recorded by Grammy-nominated producer Jack Shirley at Atomic Garden Studios, their dark rock and post-punk influences seep into a melancholy dream, echoing with color and vibrancy.
