We are all more than the sum of our parts. That is especially true with Bassman75. Artist, musician, entrepreneur, jewelery designer. You name it. And he excels in every capacity. You may remember our debut of his new video, “Jamaican Grind” here. Now get the rest of the story in this in depth interview and Jammerzine Exclusive.
Based in Switzerland but with a career that has taken him all over the world, Bassman75 is a hugely successful musician, producer, writer, entrepreneur and model whose next single is set to take the UK by storm very soon.
Inspired by reggae melody and mixed with urban southern hip hop’s sound, Bassman75 is already turning heads with major urban tastemakers such as Digiwaxx, HipHopDX, The Source Magazine, XXL and Hip-Hop Weekly. And now, with new music garnering comparisons with Rick Ross, Flo Rida and Pitbull, he’s set for his latest assault on the music industry.
With ‘Jamaican Grind’ ready for release October 20th, Bassman75 is now spreading the word of the impending release thanks to an innovative new series of videos on his YouTube page which will see him freestyle alongside street performers and buskers in the UK – fans can keep an eye on the videos for a visit to a city or town near them.
It’s just the latest in a string of great, fun ideas from the artistic entrepreneur, who also works in other creative industries including clothing design, graphics design and jewellery. Music is just a part of the package, but a very impressive package it is.
Keep an eye out for Bassman75 – with more singles to follow, ‘Jamaican Grind’ is just the beginning.
