Featuring an eclectic mix of artists such as Famous Last Words, Alesana, Tempting Paris, and more, Revival Recordings new compilation album titled “It’s All Acoustic” is much, much more than an acoustic outing. It’s a continuous powerhouse anthem to the talent of Indie artists everywhere.
As a musician myself, it is a well known caveat that going unplugged will inevitably show the strengths and, more so in my opinion, limitations of any artist or band. But what we have here are ten examples of true and unmitigated musical ability coming from ten professionally established artists.
The more I listen to “It’s All Acoustic” the more I feel that this is a time capsule placing it’s stamp of eloquence upon the music scene of today.
