After years of low-fi, one-man band home recordings, a career change – and a mandated “garden leave” by his prior employer – gave Bill the time and motivation to write and record his debut EP, appropriately titled “Garden Leave” in the spring of 2015. The EP covered a wide range of musical styles, from the progressive rock of the single “Breathe” to the uptempo alt-country “Redemption”. While Bill did rejoin the workforce later in 2015, he continued to work on refining his musical voice – as much as time and bandwidth would allow.

Bill found inspiration for his second EP, Walk To The Light, from the events surrounding the 2016 presidential election. From the rage and anger of a nation being pulled apart at the seams (Night Is Coming) to the solemn and hopeful post-election title track, the songs reflect a perspective of a person who has experienced many things, and is still looking to make sense of the world around him.
