Founded in April 2017, Ciraxis is a Progressive Metal power-trio from Effingham, IL. Our goal is simple: We want to make music and entertain an audience our way. We are a “Do It Yourself” band as we handle all the recording, mixing and mastering as well as creating our own artwork and merchandise. We enjoy writing stories for our songs and working in our studio to create even more harrowing tales.
Currently, we have written a ten song concept album entitled “The Act & The Aftermath”. We are releasing each song sequentially at 8 week intervals.
In January 2018, we released our debut EP “Atrocities” that featured the first six songs we wrote together. The record itself centers around the personal tragedies and global issues that plague the existence of the individual and society as a whole.
