Surreal yet serene is the best to describe “Kuroi Karasu”, the new single from Blue Movies new “Cassette EP”, out now on Custom Made Music. As if plucked from the soundtrack of an avant-garde movie circa 1969 and given the retro blessing of Andy Warhol and Jim Morrison, Blue Movies have resurrected the White Rabbit and reminded Alice that she’s ten feet tall. The guitar is absolutely brilliant and will drone directly into your subconscious as the song compels you to reflect into your inner-self to find peace from within. Normally I would give this song five stars but those are not the stars you will transcend to when you get into this song.

“Cassette EP” by Blue Movies is released via Custom Made Music.

About Blue Movies:
Blue Movies have been conjuring their seductive sound from years spent playing and working together in the Eastern realms of London, England. Both execute their confessions, pains and tales through the darkened shrouds they adorn as Blue Movies.

This first release, produced and mixed by Ball at his home built studio, channels a sentimental, nostalgic sound, carved from the very wooden walls that surround Blue Movies in their inner city sanctum. Open roads, big sky, Zabriskie Point meets Wim Wenders, welcome to the Blue Movies…” CMM are excited to release Blue Movies S/T E.P. as a limited edition cassette.
