Hard Rock International and Live Nation today announced today that international superstar Robbie Williams will join the lineup for the first Hard Rock Rising Barcelona global music festival. Previously announced artists on the festival’s bill include Kings of Leon, Juanes, Lenny Kravitz, Avicii and Steve Angello. The weekend-long event will take place at the Platja del Forum (Parc de la Pau, s/n. Sant Adria de Besos, Barcelona) on Friday, July 24, and Saturday, July 25, 2015.

From boy-band singer to solo megastar, British pop idol Robbie Williams will jet in fresh from his international tour and take the stage at Hard Rock Rising Barcelona, performing his greatest hits such as Let Me Entertain You, Angels, Feel and Come Undone. Also joining the global music festival’s lineup will be Barcelona local band Thalab.

Hard Rock’s music activation began in London with Hard Rock Calling in 2006. Over the festival’s eight year history, Hard Rock Calling grew to be one of London’s most celebrated music events, welcoming iconic performers and becoming a stage for moments of music history.

Hard Rock Rising Barcelona continues to be a platform to share the brand’s commitment to music with thousands of festival-goers from across Spain. The festival features 16 hours of live music across two full days and an extraordinary site which embraces the magic of Barcelona’s beach-front venue.

In addition to the global music festival in Barcelona, the brand recently hosted its first-ever U.S. music festival activation, Hard Rock Rising Miami Beach. The free, all-day oceanfront music festival featured some of the most beloved and acclaimed performers in the world, touting headliners whose work has contributed to Miami Beach’s cultural tapestry. More than 20,000 music fans joined Hard Rock on the sands of South Beach for live performances by international superstars Andrea Bocelli, Barry Gibb, Gloria Estefan, Flo Rida, Wyclef Jean, Jon Secada, Diego Torres and more.

Committed to supporting music and emerging artists around the globe, Hard Rock International hosted more than 28,000 live music events worldwide in 2014. The brand continues its dedication to support of up-and-coming artists in 2015 with Hard Rock Rising concert events in the United States and Europe, providing a forum for music icons and today’s hottest new talent to connect with music fans around the world.
