With more than 10 years in the underground scene of Mexico, Caníbales has distinguished itself by maintaining a raw and direct sound without departing from the Rock & Roll standards. His most recent plate is proof of that.

Titled “Rocanrol” to dry, it presents an arid landscape in which guitar riffs and blues solos stand out on a solid 4/4 base. A raspy and singular voice cuts through the center of the mix to tell stories of decadence, self-destruction, sex, drugs, and rock and roll.

Produced by themselves as most of their previous works “Rocanrol” was recorded in Edmonton AB in the middle of a tour that the band made in 2017 in western Canada. All this thanks to his recent collaboration with The Grizzlar Canadian label with which they plan to continue editing albums and organizing tours.
