Hot Glew is the brainchild of Nashville native Brett Keller. Nashville has long been the music Mecca east of the Mississippi and this is yet more proof of this. What we have here is ten tracks of an ambient musical journey that is left to your interpretation. And that is the beauty of truly good music. You can make of it what you want and will. And Hot Glew does this brilliantly. I hear songs of loss with songs of love and enlightenment. These journeys are achieved more with the music than lyrically and the music is widely diverse. This gives me the impression that Brett is inspired (personally, not musically) by alt titans such as Beck and Nick Cave in that the scope of his music is so varied and wide. The New World has been rediscovered.

“May I Come In?” is released today on Custom Made Music.
