Tom Houston’s new single Belle Electra is inspired by The Bodie Show of the late 19th century which became a worldwide sensation and featured an electric chair with which he carried out mock executions : you had to be there.
Tom and PINLIGHT collaborate on the single and re-imagine Dr Bodie’s Show, giving voice to Bodie (a self proclaimed emperor of mirth and mystery) and his assistant Isabelle Henry whose stage name was La Belle Electra.
