Partisan
Partisan is one of those bands that I think gets better every time they release something. They have an almost cunning wit about their songwriting and recording process. Stuart Armstrong is one of my favorite singers. His voice is that perfect blend of subtle angst and heart-on-the-sleeve honesty. This is one band that I am expecting to hear from in 2019.
