    Stefano May,False Horizon

First Look: Stefano May – False Horizon

Stefano May has today released his new video for the track titled 'False Horizon'. Being one of the first, if not THE first, to write an actual review (not a cut & paste release) for a song that clearly deserves it, are those moments I live for. It's like finding a hidden gem in a pile of sand. And, this song clearly deserves it. The work that went into the video alone is on a cinematic level is awe inspiring.

    Kat Hamilton

First Listen: Kat Hamilton – F*ck You You F*cking F*ck (Better Songs) + Tour...

Kat Hamilton has today released her new song titled 'Fuck You You Fucking Fuck'. Title aside, the hook is what grabs you. Angst rock in the guise of a future pop classic, Kat presents a song depicting everything we think but never say. That gaslighting narcissist we all know and nobody truly loves now has an anthem all their own with a bone chillingly honest take of actions speak louder than words mentality from the morally challenged.

    Dreamers

The Test Drive: Dreamers – Dreamers (10th Anniversary Edition)

Dreamers have today released the 10th anniversary of their incarnation via GIVE/TAKE. A solid take that shows time can have no meaning in music gives a landscape of digital dystopia via a dynamic duo that should just get back together. Harsh and hard with hints of hip in all the right places, this is an album that sounds as fresh in this decade as it would in any other.

La Femme has today released their new single titled 'Sacate La'. Proving that making a purely catchy song with substance is a global phenomena, La Femme deliver a most memorable song with said substance lying within the beat, rhythm, hook, and absolutely stunning vocals. The vocals, to me, stand out in a way that will have you join in. I have no other way to say it. This is actually a hook within a song. Think 'Girl from Ipanema' meets 'Girl From Ipanema Goes To Greenland'. That catchy.

Wallis Bird has today released her long awaited new album titled 'Hands'. To listen to 'Hands' is an event for the ears. You can get more of the story behind that in the interview. But to listen to an album recorded within and reflected of the times they were recorded in can be an introspective experience if done by the right artist. Wallis is that type of artist, in my opinion.

Filmed in a haunting and dark setting orchestrated by Tracy's mesmerizing vocal track, the song takes a twistedly dark turn after that short introduction and compiles the song in that part of your psyche most of us are afraid to go.
    Polartropica
